"I tried the cocoon wellness, skin wellness pro and the hot row class and absolutely loved them all! Hot row was such a good full body work out, not just my arms like I thought it would be! The skin wellness was so refreshing and made my skin feel so hydrated! And the cocoon wellness was by far my favorite so far! It was like getting the benefits of a sauna but you got to lay down and get a massage at the same time! I felt so refreshed and relaxed afterwards. This place definitely offers it all! "
